- The subject matter of the film is running with bulls and throughout there are scenes of bull running with many runners falling. A man is shown bleeding heavily and being treated by paramedics. There are several scenes of medics treating injured runners. There are some scenes of bullfighting in slow motion during which there is a lot of blood and including the bull being killed with a sword. Two bulls are shown bleeding from the head having just died in bullfights. A man is seen being tossed and gored by a bull. A man with dreadlocks is seen bleeding from the forehead. Several people are show falling in front of running bulls. There is footage from a military patrol in Iraq during which an explosion occurs at the side of the road. A man hurts his knee and a bleeding scab is shown. A man is seen pulling a bull by the tail in an attempt to stop it goring another runner on the floor. Men are seen jumping from a fountain and being caught below. A man describes how his testicals are in a lot of pain. A man describes another man being gored in the neck.

- The film opens with a press conference about the death of a bull runner which includes shots of the injured man being treated by paramedics. An asian man is dragged along the street by a bull by the neck; there is no indication the bull is racist.
