- Dean Winchester: Is it so hard to believe that an attractive, red-blooded American female could be interested in someone like me?
- Dean Winchester: The stories we tell ourselves take us to dark places - dark places where I beat the crap out of a good man for fun. The people who love us bring us back from that edge. I'm past saving. I know how my story ends - at the edge of a blade or barrel of a gun.
- Hannah: What of the humans we sacrifice in the name of the mission? What of them? We always said humans were the original mission, we should put the humans first
- Castiel: What brought this on?
- Hannah: Being here on Earth, working with you, the look on his face, her husband, anger, disbelief, Caroline was screaming out from inside me, to take her life back, I've felt things, hunger, passions, taking a shower, the water on my skin, nothing compared to what I felt, these feelings aren't for me, these feelings aren't for us
- Dean Winchester: Your Dad came home looking to kill, you, maybe your Mum, the reason you're alive is because of me.
- Cole Trenton: I heard his voice, there was a human voice, he begged you to stop.
- Dean Winchester: It was a ploy, a monster trick.
- Dean Winchester: I'm sorry about what happened last time we met, I'm sorry for a lot of things, I'm not that person anymore
- Cole Trenton: You're not a person at all, I know about your kind
- Dean Winchester: My kind?
- Dean Winchester: [Cole throws holy water in his face] I'm not a demon anymore
- Cole Trenton: Were you a demon when you murdered my father?
- Dean Winchester: No
- Cole Trenton: Then you're still a monster
- Shaylene Johnson: We need to discuss my terms.
- Dean Winchester: Like rules... sexy rules?
- Shaylene Johnson: More an issue of payment.
- Sam Winchester: [Reading comments on Dean's dating profile] "Whatever you want, I'm burning up just thinking about you".
- Dean Winchester: It gets raunchier.
- Sam Winchester: I can see that, it's like a penthouse letter.
- Sam Winchester: She told us everything, abduction, forced prostitution, pretty gnarly even for a demon, girls, how many are there?
- Handler: Just me and Shaylene
- Shaylene Johnson: He's lying, I heard him on the phone, there's a brothel, they told me what you are, demon from Hell!
- Handler: Better than trash on the street
- Dean Winchester: Sign away my life
- Shaylene Johnson: It's a signature, baby. What's a little paperwork compared to absolute physical bliss?
- Dean Winchester: Well, you make a strong case.
- Shaylene Johnson: I love my job.
- Dean Winchester: Do you? Doesn't look like love to me
- Crowley: What do you want, a medal? A "thank you" for cleaning up the mess you made? Everyone working for me touched?
- Dean Winchester: [Pointing gun at her] Lady, your luck has just run out.
- Rowena MacLeod: I'm pretty sure that's not true.
- Dean Winchester: [Turns to see Cole holding a gun on him] Pal, we got to work on your timing.
- Sam Winchester: So, what are we doing here?
- Dean Winchester: Reason's right on your plate. Lizardo's porterhouse -- U.S.D.A. prime. It's the only place between Connecticut and the bunker you can get a decent steak under 10 bucks.
- Dean Winchester: [to Elle and Caitlin] Don't worry, ladies. Our beef's not with you. We're here for the witch... Rowena.
- Rowena MacLeod: Always nice to be recognized.
- Rowena MacLeod: You have those spells I gave you?
- Elle: Yeah, about that? I don't read Spanish.
- Rowena MacLeod: It's Latin.
- [sighs]
- Rowena MacLeod: Phonetics are on the back, darling.
- Rowena MacLeod: The king at last. King of what, Lilliput? I mean I heard you were short, but...
- [Chuckles]
- Rowena MacLeod: Well? Get to it. Time for the coup de grace.
- [Crowley stares like he's scene a ghost]
- Rowena MacLeod: Wee boy, is something the matter with you? Cat got your tongue? Hmmm? Meow.
- Crowley: Mother?
- Sam Winchester: You realize there's no guarantee "Shaylene" is even Shaylene. I mean, for all you know, it could be some... Canadian trucker named Bruce.
- Dean Winchester: [an attractive woman approaches] That look like a Bruce to you?
- Rowena MacLeod: Few humans are built to survive magic like that, and Elle was weak. But you're not. I saw it the second we met. You're strong.
- Catlin: You're right. I am.
- [Punches her in the face]
