I loved the first two episodes of "Sense8"; in fact I wrote in my comment for the pilot here that it has a cool premise that seems to have legs. Well, I was only half-right: the premise is cool, all right, but the season itself is an one-trick pony that soon loses its novelty value. To put it bluntly, pretty much nothing happens between episodes 3 and 11 (included); of course, a lot of stuff does take place on the screen, but there is no real story to tell, there are no stakes, there is nothing of consequence. And when a connecting "story" finally does emerge, it's just the millionth retread of the super-secret-powerful-para-governmental organization of bad people who want to "study" the scientifically-abnormal heroes. Music, acting, production values, location work - everything technical is well-done, but there is still nothing to motivate me to watch the second season. 6/10.
