This episode was good but also sad because of Sheele's death, I think she was cute and kind. This death shows that nobody from Night Raid is safe and everyone can die.
Recap: Tatsumi and Leone infiltrate a brothel for their assassination mission. Upon seeing an intoxicated prostitute killed by one of the gangsters, Leone gets angry, stating that she knew that girl from the slums. Leone and Tatsumi burst down from the ceiling and slaughter all the gangsters and their leader. During their return home, Tatsumi remarks on Leone's kind act of getting help for the women of the brothel. Leone licks his ear, stating that she had "marked" him for herself when she is older. Tatsumi then wonders how Mine and Sheele, who were also on a mission, were doing.
Mine and Sheele are both ambushed by Seryu, who recognizes Sheele's face from the wanted posters. Seryu then engages Sheele while Mine fights with Seryu's Teigu, Hekatonkheires (Koro is the name that Seryu gave to this Teigu). Sheele succeeds in cutting off both of Seryu's arms, to discover that Seryu also had guns implanted into her arms. Sheele cuts off the guns as well.
Mine is grabbed and her arm is broken by Hekatonkheires who had entered it's Beserker Mode. She is about to be crushed when Sheele jumps in and cuts it's arm, freeing Mine. Suddenly Sheele is shot in the back. The shot came from a gun that was implanted in Seryu's mouth. Sheele is then bitten by Hekatonkheires and decapitated from the waist. Mine cries out to Sheele, who uses Extase's ability to radiate a bright light and tells Mine to escape. Sheele then reminisces about her time with Night Raid, and apologizes to Tatsumi that she won't be able to stay with him anymore despite their short time together. She is then fully devoured.
Tatsumi and Leone return to HQ and learn of Sheele's demise from a shaken Mine. Tatsumi is infuriated and vows revenge on Seryu, but Bulat tells him not to act childish, reminding him that any of the members could die at any time as retribution for their actions. Tatsumi is then seen standing by the graves of Ieyasu and Sayo mourning Sheele, whose arms wrap around him as they once did. Tatsumi notices her presence.
Overlooking the capital, Esdeath announces her return.
