- A facial removal surgery is shown in brief but extremely graphic closeup. A man has a chunk of his face bitten off. A stillborn human fetus is graphically removed from a hog's stomach, very disturbing. A man wakes up with another mans skinned face stuck over his own, his face is covered in blood for the remainder of the scene. A man is shoved and held underwater, as he is drowning, his mouth opens and an eel enters his mouth. The eel swims into his mouth and presumably down his throat. We see the man's shocked face to this as blood begins to come from his very bloodied face and mix with the water.
