It's great to see New York and Chicago work together, although i always wish there was more Hank Voight in Olivia Benson.
There is no crime more heinous than sex crimes against children.
The people who commit these crimes, for whatever reason, deserves everything they get, and a bit more. In this particular episode, it would have been good to see an actual use of "The Silos" and even have Benson watch and approve.
The smug look on the main villains face, when he is arrested is awful to see.
It would have been appreciated, if he could have gotten just a bit of what he has done to children for years, and then "a swim in cement shoes".
With a character like Hank Voight, why not make full use of it, and really give it to the worst of the bad guys.
We as audience would probably like it. I know i would.
