The show opens with with new WWF Champion "Stone Cold" Steve Austin coming to the ring and offering to give the WWF Championship belt to Vince McMahon in exchange for the Broken Skull Championship belt. The first match is Sable and Jacqueline versus Ivory and Tori. After the match, the Undertaker comes out and threatens Sable, but it's only a distraction so that the Ministry can kidnap Stephanie McMahon. X-Pac cuts a promo on Triple H. Paul Wight takes on Test. Ken Shamrock goes looking for Stephanie McMahon. Bob Holly defends the Hardcore Championship against "Dr. Death" Steve Williams. The Rock faces Billy Gunn. Ken Shamrock takes on Gangrel. Owen Hart and Jeff Jarrett defend the Tag Team Championship against the Road Warriors. X-Pac faces Triple H. The show ends with the Rock fighting Steve Austin (not in a match).
