SPOILER: It's finally time to put the Sibelius out there. Ana Maria is out there and everything looks good, but it doesn't take long for the train to go off the rails. Hailey has been told she doesn't have what it takes to continue as an oboist. But when it's concert time, Betty has been taken on a wild goose chase and can't make it in time. Hailey gets the call. What transpires is an unprecedented event at the concert. I'm hoping that Ana Maria doesn't come back as a character. I tire of the relationship with Rodrigo and his fixation on her. What I liked about this episode is that it went back to the music and the love of the music. I also liked that Hailey is redeemed. This ends the first season with a bang.

The Best Episode of a series with potential.

This is the seasons finale for Mozart in the Jungle a series with a nice and interesting premise.

I posed some objections about the series overall, but I thought that this episode deserves a separate mention and review. Don't get me wrong. This is a good series with some good acting and an interesting premise, but watching all 10 episodes in a raw (yes!) I couldn't miss a decay after the first 2-3 episodes until this one.

So. This is a good episode. Rodrigo acts like a true (and humble) artist, has an ace in his sleeve and manages to restore faith (and give some justice) in Hailey's dream. Plus a (not so) surprising twist, that I wont spoil you. A cliffhanger of some sort that will govern for sure the next season and maybe even become its main theme.

The 10th episode restores most of the hopes that the pilot created for an interesting new series.
