  Malachy Doyle : What about Jake?

  Judge Allison Jenkins : We'll need to sort all of this out. Jake will have to be patient. Due diligence has to be done.

  Malachy Doyle : Allison, please. Jake needs to be with Leslie right now. He's about to become a dad.

• Sergeant Daniel Hood : Malachy what are you doing here?

  Malachy Doyle : [Malachy drinks from a silver flask that he pulled out of his pocket]  Damon Rhodes kidnapped me. He's a maniac.

  Sergeant Daniel Hood : Do you think that we don't have better things to do?

  Walter McLean : Mal? What happened to you?

  Malachy Doyle : I'm fed up with the lot of ye.

  Sergeant Daniel Hood : I can have you arrested for drinking in public.

  Malachy Doyle : Why don't you arrest me once I kick the arse of the man who lost my son's case!

  [Mal grabs Walter's jacket lapels and starts to shake him. Jake and Des use the distraction to sneak their way into the courthouse] 

• Jake Doyle : [Hears his phone ringing]  Yeah?

  [Jake hands his phone off to Des] 

  Des Courtney : [Des answers]  Hello?

  Malachy Doyle : You've got minutes.

  Des Courtney : Okay? Do you have any jeans or slacks or any pants?

  Jake Doyle : Tell him we need a distraction.

  Walter McLean : Malachy? I know you're really, really drunk right now and I know that you're really, really upset and I get that but I should be drunk with you. He's my best friend.
