Lucius Fox : Are we alive?
James Gordon : So far so good.
Lucius Fox : Had to be sure, I thought we were dead.

James Gordon : [Gordon grabs Bruce's hand] Bruce... I never should have made that oath to you.
Bruce Wayne : That's not really...
James Gordon : I was arrogant and naïve... and I'm sorry. I've tried to do the right thing, but... what a fool I've been.
Lucius Fox : Uh... what kind of drugs did they give you?

[Jim Gordon and Lucius Fox make their way to Arkham's basement to defuse the bomb]
James Gordon : Are you any good at defusing bombs?
Lucius Fox : I don't know yet. You?

James Gordon : [Gordon holds the control switch] How about we just, uh, pull all this stuff off. See what happens.

Bruce Wayne : Where are you going?
James Gordon : I have to find Lee.
Alfred Pennyworth : Right move, mate.
James Gordon : [to Bruce] Do me a favor. Say good-bye to Bullock for me. I don't really want the whole Celtic farewell. He's gonna have his hands full, but I think he can handle it.
Bruce Wayne : Will do.

Alfred Pennyworth : Well, there's a man who's got his priorities straight. The love of a good woman and all that. Well, I hope you learned your lesson, Master Bruce.
