Charlie acting like Richard Greico was hilarious aswell as Frank and Mac with their own personal agendas. Seaweed breaks are mandatory.

Very mediocre. Franks character was funny...but rest was just blah.

Definitely not an episode that would make anybody fall in love with the show.

Maybe not as funny but...

It does establish character arcs. In rewatched this episode is the origin of many important moments in charcters' story arcs.
