Lady Mary is a character you will or might dislike, or even hate, but she has some good qualities too, which you will see in this episode when she helps Anna. I don't like her, she is probably someone I couldn't stand if, say, we're in the workplace, but I admit she's interesting. In fact, she's one of the most interesting characters in the show. All of them are anyway.
And then there'd Lady Edith, Mary's polar opposite. When luck prefers Mary, Edith is struggling with her illegitimate child and the news of Gregson's apparent murder.
We also see a much more different side of sweet Daisy. She grows as an independent young woman who is not afraid to speak her mind, if it means saving the people she cares about. Good job Daisy.
And then there's a happy ending. The case of Mr. Gilligham's valet is closed, because the woman who confessed is really guilty after all. I hope I wouldn't see an episode of Anna crying again, she seems to cry in every episode.
