Law & Order: SVU season 16 episode 20, "Daydream Believer" concludes this crossover event with Chicago P.D. I don't want to reveal any spoilers, but I am glad I found the continuation of "The Number of Rats."

Since none of the other reviews gave a crossover order

This episode of Chicago P. D. is part 2 of 3 in the last crossover of the season.
Part 1 is Chicago Fire, Season 3 Episode 21: We Called Her Jellybean
Part 3 is Law and Order SVU: Season 16 Episode 20: Daydream Believer
I'm not going to do a whole review here this time. Just wanted to make it easier for future viewers to know what they're looking for.
As of 5/22/2021, both the Chicago PD and Chicago Fire are available to watch for free on Peacock. SVU is available on Hulu.

Warning: Spoilers
Again, spoilers from the SVU follow up. Nadia was taken to New York. The kidnapper eventually sexually savages/ violates her off screen. Her body is found among others in shallow graves on a beach. The kidnapper defends himself in court and generally applies character attacks not defense. He played up Nadia as a junkie hooker and was trying to "help" her escape from Sgt. Voight's repeated rapes. Then, when he cross-examines the M.E. he gets turned on by the description of Nadia's pain, damage, suffering, and death. Rape 1, Sodomy 1, and Murder 1 guilty. This character pops up once or twice, iirc in later SVU episodes.
What happened?

Crossovers suck in reruns. I have no idea what happened except the aftermath that is shown in the next episode. I don't even know if the suspect was caught, killed, whatever. I don't even know what show it was concluded on. Could have been L&O:SVU or one of the other Chicago ... trio. Just another case of money for the network being more important than serving the viewers.
It makes it worse that the victim is sympathetic.

Warning: Spoilers
Seriously dudes ? This is the worst episode of the entire Chicago series.
Nadia was one of the most interesting characters of the show. Along with Olinsky, Trudy Platt and Mouse, of which only Trudy is left.
Why do you get rid of the good characters, and leave the rubbish ?
And on top of that, to kill her of in such a horrible manner.
Wouldn't it have been better, and way more encouraging for young women, to see Nadia overcome all the hardships of her early years, go to the academy and actually become a police officer ?
She would have been awesome.
Instead she is tortured and killed by a perverted serial killer.
What a waste.
