She's rude, whiny and a sheep
ThunderKing610 October 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Sharon in this episode was portrayed as a rude, whiny girl. She displays independents, which is wonderful, but her whole personality is rotten.

In this ep, She desperately wants to fit in at school (because she's a sheep). She wants to go on a snow trip just so that she can fit in, even though she doesn't care for snowboarding. She gets a job, it starts off well, but then she lies and is rude to her friends. Sharon once again at the end apologizes for her toxic behaviour.

Sure, her boss was in the wrong, a jerk and is entirely to blame for Sharon actions.

That does not dismiss how rude Sharon is to her mom and peers. She is an insecure girl that wants to impress and compete with Nina. I think deep down, she wants her back as a friend, but her way to show it is to compete and impress Nina.

Sharon does share some toxic qualities of that of Nina which could explain why Sharon is a rude person.

Overall, I get the story. And it's a good reflection/discussion episode. Sharon did tell her boss before being hired that she needed a day off. At the last minute, the boss told Sharon she had to work on that day because the boss unprofessionally used that day for his own personal activity. Sharon's actions of lying to miss work was not entirely wrong. She should have handled it a better by quitting or talking to her mom. The Boss was just a horrible person.
