- There are some disturbing aftermath images of what happened to Diana before she was a ghost when the doctors tried to heal her of her condition. Other images in photos of deaths that happened around her that are bloody but mostly in black and white.
- A police officer is seen with her eyes mauled out almost as gory as paul's death although it is dark so it is hard to see the details
- Mom KILLS herself with handgun
- Rebecca is thrown of the banister by Diana almost killing her
- Paul is attacked by an entity. As he runs away, his leg is clawed (the bloody wound is shown). He is later dragged into the dark and his dead body is shown a bit bloodied with his eyes mauled out may be the goriest death scene in the movie (seen from a close distance).
