The "Landstuhl Regional Medical Center" is located in the city of Landstuhl in Rhineland-Palatinate and 673 km (418 miles) away from Berlin.
When Allison calls Astrid from Dr. Aziz's apartment, the ringing sound isn't a German ringing sound; it's a British one.
Allison gives Astrid the airport code "BER". The IATA code "BER" refers to Berlin Brandenburg Airport which, due to extensive delays, won't be opened until 2019 or later. There would be no point in planning an attack there.
The German agent claims that a student was behind in his tuition payments. However, in 2014 Germany made college education free in the country (a full year before this episode was released).
At time stamp 44:08, Allison conspicuously feels for her clavicle (collar bone) before shooting herself in that same location while holding the gun at a very slight down-angle. In doing so, she greatly increases the risk of striking either the left subclavian artery or the left subclavian vein. Injury to either of these vessels would likely prove fatal unless medical intervention were received within mere minutes. In order to reduce the risk of accidentally killing herself, she would/should place the gun further to the left (towards the axilla, aka armpit) and down 1.5-2 inches. But even then, any gunshot wound to the left upper chest, especially one using a high caliber weapon of the type she is holding, carries a very high risk of an injury that could/would prove fatal before medical assistance could arrive.
When Saul asks which hospital Allison was taken to, he's told 'Berlin Memorial'. There is no hospital by that name in Berlin Germany (but there is in Berlin Wisconsin!)
At Berlin Hauptbahnhof, there is no underground line going to Potsdam. The S7 at the top platform goes there. Only the U55 with three stations in total on the line leaves from Hauptbahnhof. It is in a separate compound next to the Hauptbahnhof building though. The lower platform is for local and long distance trains leaving north-south. An S-Bahn line is currently build underground, but not yet finished.
BER Airport is still not in use (and won't be for any time soon) so there is no point planning an attack there.
