  Malcolm Merlyn : I don't recall volunteering. And even if I did, where exactly would I evacuate them to? Everything about our heads is going under a mushroom cloud.

  Green Arrow : I refuse to believe that.

  Malcolm Merlyn : Because you're a fool.
