On this trip, Michael heads to San Francisco to try a new take on a classic New Orleans speciality. Then he makes a stop in Las Vegas, for the the biggest, baddest BLT. He'll also pass through Miami and hit up La Mar, which is known for their upscale Peruvian/Japanese fusion. He'll round out his trip in Chicago, where he hits up Black Dog for gelato that's both savory and sweet.

Rounding out his trip is a stop in Chicago for classic British meat pies and finally to Austin for modernized Thai cuisine that social media can't get enough of.
