Fatal Attraction was THE movie everyone talked about in 1987. The sad thing is that its plot is now so cliched as to be pathetic that of an innocent fling turning into a nightmare because one of the people involved is psychotic. It has been copied poorly innumerable times in other movies and tv shows. There was even a mini series reboot of this film that according to the majority opnion isn't very good. I enjoyed Fatal Attraction and give high marks to the talents of Michael Douglas, Anne Archer and especially Glenn Close but watching the film made me angry because Douglas character was so stupid he had a beautiful wife and lovely little girl and almost threw it all away and could have got them killed to boot,, what a jerk I always thought.
