- A couple of space battles occur, with implied loss of life among the TIE pilots facing off against the Rebels.
- A large-scale firefight, including the use of heavy weapons, happens on the mining platform.
- The episode's villains menace and attempt to kill a race of potentially sentient creatures, the Purrgil (an analogue to whales) due to their feeding on the fuel the villains are mining. Early in the episode, Hera also advocates killing them if they pose a threat to the Ghost, viewing them as nuisances at best, and deadly navigational hazards at worst. She is talked out of this by Ezra and Kaanan.
- A Purrgil is seen carrying off the mining boss in its jaws and it is very heavily implied that it ate him or crushed him to death, though nothing graphic is seen.
