Diane and Cary are representing a man whose daughter was killed by a stray bullet, who would then make a billboard that states that the gun that killed her daughter came from a particular gun store and they were careless as to who they sold it to. The owner then sues him for defamation. When the judge rules in favor of the plaintiff, they counter sue claiming that because of gun related deaths his business is suffering. Alicia has to testify at the grand jury. And she later learns that the college Grace applied to is rejecting her because they claim that her essay is plagiarized.—rcs0411@yahoo.com
