"Mall Girl Pearl" this was finally made at the time Stephen Hillenberg came back to the show and made it great again! This episode features Pearl getting a job at the mall. It's weird to have an episode that doesn't focus on SpongeBob at all. He makes several brief cameos though. There's tons of laughs here not to mention the ending is both awesome and heartwarming! The best bit may have been when Pearl was trying to fit through the door. ****
"Two Thumbs Down" features SpongeBob losing the lose of his thumbs. It's great how they show how he loses control. It cuts to all this random stock footage as the thumbs talk as they literally go down like airplanes. It's a pretty original idea for an episode. Nice to know people still remember how cool thumb wars are. While not as good as the first episode, still great. ***1/2
