"Ares III: The Right Stuff" is a live action short film from 2016 that runs for slightly under 3.5 minutes and was seen by millions already, mostly because it is a little add-on for the super famous blockbuster "The Martian". Actuslly, it is one of several and in the title of my review you can already see that I was not that big on this one here. We get to see some interviews made with the characters from "The Martian" after all of them were held 10 days in isolation as preparation for their upcoming endeavor. What did they do? What did they think? These are the core questions here. How did they manage during that time. Despite the serious circumstances, there is also some comedy here, for example with Damon's character wondering about the connection between Aquaman and whales. As a whole, these roughly 200 seconds do not really get me interested in watching "The Martian" in the near future and that is why I give it a thumbs-down overall. Not recommended.
