- Oscar attempts to impress Charlotte (Teri Hatcher) by purchasing a table for a fundraiser to benefit The New York Philharmonic. At the event, Felix reminds Oscar about the importance of being honest and Teddy introduces his wife, Diane (Sheryl Underwood), to Dani for the first time.
- Oscar continues to pursue Charlotte but she still rebuffs him. And when she learns she's attending a benefit for the New York Philharmonic, he says he's a patron too so he buys a table and invites Felix, Dani and Teddy. .Felix brings Emily and would like to have a good time with her till he sees the pianist who will be performing.
