As Joe is getting ready to leave his apartment he begins to tie his necktie and nearly completes the task. Suddenly the necktie is hanging around his neck completely untied.
When John Smith enters Joe Blake's apartment, he is wearing the American striped SS armband. When he leaves, the armband has become the solid red German armband.
Correction: The armbands worn by the Nazis in the American Reich have stripes on the front and are solid red on the back. The stripes would be seen as John comes through the door and the solid red would be seen from behind as he is leaving.

Trade Minister Tagomi objects to transporting enriched uranium in public buses because passengers will be unknowingly irradiated. In reality, U-235, the principal component of weapon grade uranium, emits only alpha particles that are hazardous only if the distance to body is less than an inch. A far greater hazard is a criticality incident (neutron blast if too much uranium is stored too close) that can result if several loads of uranium are kept close. Not to mention that producing weapon grade uranium even for a single bomb requires a huge enrichment facility (à la Oak Ridge in Tennessee).
At 15:41, Kotomichi shows Tagomi a photo of the type of bus on which the uranium will be transported. At 29:11, Coleman and Washington approach the bus they think is going to Sacramento. Based on the dings and chipped paint on the front of the bus, this is the same bus shown earlier in the photo to Tagomi.
The distinctive sound of a fast-moving BART train can be heard in San Francisco. The first section of the BART was not opened until 1972. In any case the BART is unlikely to have been built under Japanese occupation.
One of the copies of "Brave New World" has the cover of the 1963 edition.
Ron Whittaker says he was in a MASH unit "during the war". MASH units (Mobile Army Surgical Hospitals) were not established until 1946, as a post-war reassessment of military medical procedures. Since in the world of The Man in The High Castle America lost the war in 1945, MASH units would not have been established.
