At 36:50, Bell tells Gregson that Krasnov is missing a thumb. Gregson, Bell, Holmes and Watson had already seen Krasnov's hands in the interrogation room.
When looking at a hand truck, Holmes comments that there are two UPC labels, indicating the price had recently been marked down.
Modern UPC labels don't have the product's price on them - only an index code. The price is maintained in the store's computer. Stores post the price on displays. All of this is exactly so that when the price changes (such as a markdown, or a sale) the store doesn't have to go and put new labels on every item.
At 00:27, Sherlock says that the international energy markets are being manipulated by the same dark forces that made an attempt on his father's life. There was no link implied up until here.
Sherlock identifies the components of a bomb as "acetone and hydrogen peroxide". Joan says these are "just fancy names for nail-polish remover and hair dye. You can pick that up at any supermarket". This is sort of true, except that the peroxide commonly used as bleach and disinfectant is about 3% to 5% pure. A bomb would require highly concentrated peroxide, at least 70%, which is dangerous: not only explosive, but also volatile, poisonous as both liquid and vapor, and corrosive.
