  Olivia Benson : [Benson arrives at the Coral Dragon and police are on the scene]  What happened?

  Eugene Lee : The Congressman, he felt bad my business was down. After you told the truth on TV, he wanted to show people it was safe to come here. He came for lunch with his daughter. He brought a photographer.

  [Benson enters the restaurant and Mr. Lee points out a man being held by two officers] 

  Eugene Lee : That man came in with a gun.

  [Congressman is laying dead on the floor] 

  Eugene Lee : He saw the Congressman with his daughter. He shouted at him. He thought the girl he was with was... was a...

  Olivia Benson : [stares in horror]  I know, I know, I know.

  Eugene Lee : So he shot him.

  [Benson walks to the body on the floor and kneels] 

  Eugene Lee : Is this ever gonna stop?

  [She does not answer and looks over to the Congressman's daughter who is sitting nearby, crying, being consoled by an officer. Benson stares in disbelief.]
