A little of the original essence of SpongeBob SquarePants
OurGeneration20 December 2016
The Ninth Season of SpongeBob was being very bad, even before the second film, but after the return of the cast of the first 3 seasons, the quality of the episodes has improved a lot, you can already feel the smart jokes, original plots and moments Legendary of this show, Bulletin Board is an episode that shows 100% that this SpongeBob resembles that of the first 3 seasons this episode has an original plot to criticize social networks, without resorting to clichés or adaptations of Movies as did the Simpsons adapting "The Social Network" in an episode that was mediocre, SpongeBob is recovering from the hole where he got, if it continues this way it will be the rebirth of a legend

Breathe Of Fresh Air.

I will Start with Sandy's Nutmare. So it's about Sandy making Nutty Butter which is basically Peanut butter. People go crazy about it so she makes more. A guy gave Spongebob a book and Sandy keeps growing nuts from her tree.Until the tree couldn't make anymore nuts the guy tells them a message about the sun , moon and star. So then Sandy helps the tree and could make more nutty butter. So this episode was very fun and had very good messages such as you must help nature and had great jokes even thought there weren't much. The episode gets a 9/10.

Now for Bulletin Board this episode had a realistic plot. Spongebob and Mr Krabs decide to put a bulletin board on the Krusty Krab for people's feelings about the food they ate. Then PS-7 puts bad things about the Krusty Krab on the Bulletin Board. Spongebob tries to make his Krabby Patties better so then PS-7 could put nice things on the board. A guy called Handsome Lad which is Bubble Bass ( hilarious ) says PS-7 is a nice guy. Spongebob dosen't agree with that and still continues with trying to make his Krabby Patties better. Squidward keeps laughing until PS-7 says something bad about him. Then Spongebob tries to find out who is PS-7 at night. They catch Patrick and he tells them that those bad things weren't really bad they were good things. This episode was really good I have to say it's surprisingly good 9/10.

Bulletin Board is Genius

Normally I wouldn't leave a review for an episode of a TV show, but I have to say, these two episodes are rare late-SpongeBob gems; especially Bulletin Board.

The first one, Sandy's Nutmare is about Sandy making a special peanut butter with the nuts from her tree. Everyone in Bikini Bottom LOVES it (especially Patrick) so she abuses her tree with growth chemicals to make even more. Eventually, a shaman learns of this and tells her to lay off the peanut butter and tells her a story. She realizes what she's done, and stops using the growth chemicals. It's a very funny episode, has a decent message, and is one of the best Sandy episodes. 9/10

Now, Bulletin Board is even better; probably one of the best SpongeBob episodes. It revolves around Mr. Krabs putting up a community Bulletin Board so the Krusty Krab customers can share their thoughts. (Much like the Internet... hint hint) At first, everyone only says nice things and they encourage Pearl when she puts up a drawing she made. But when Mr Krabs starts charging for the board, more and more people start to use it. One day, an anonymous user named P-Star 7 puts up a rude post and everyone is shocked. Bubble Bass claims he's using freedom of speech and his post cannot be taken down just because it upset SpongeBob. Later, more and more people start to put up more honest, critical posts on the board as P-Star 7 continues to leave mean posts. What's genius about this is how clearly it represents the modern Internet, with the rise in criticism, insults, and people just expressing the worst side of themselves. So eventually, Mr Krabs realizes the board is only doing harm because of P-Star, so they have a stakeout to see who it is... and it's Patrick. His posts were misinterpreted, not meant to be offensive. So Mr Krabs gets fed up and tears down the Bulletin Board.

The reason I love this episode so much is the obvious connection to the Internet. Much like The Amazing World of Gumball, it accurately describes the Internet PERFECTLY. Overall, this episode is amazing and has a really good message and is one of the few SpongeBob episodes in the newer seasons that I enjoyed throughly. 10/10.
