Warning: Spoilers
After the Lincoln assassination part of the episode has concluded and the group is back in time, again we have the confusion of a mother suddenly well, and now we're being told that Lucy's dad really isn't her father and her sister has another father.

As far as the assassination goes, Lucy is able to save Grant from an assassin's bullet but John Wilkes Booth doesn't end Lincoln's life in this version. It's our old familiar friend Flynn who is up to his nasty ways of trying to rewrite history.

Robert Todd Lincoln is a love interest of Lucy and of course he was unable to do anything to avoid his father's cruel fate.

The Greatest Episode of the Assassination of a Civil War President

I love how the crew of this episode kept the historic artwork in it's respective historic accuracy. Malcolm and Matt pull a great act again, while I'm delving into Robert Todd Lincoln's decision into why he left the theater to return the tickets. An example of public opinion which has spread into the film and television industry somewhat with his spirit somewhere lurking.

There's also more for Goran who did well with his character he portrays as Flynn, which is odd into why Garcia acts like Lucy Preston? Must have he been abuse as a child in the story, is a mystery.

Both time machines look so real on screen, which is still constant.

Lucy great costuming.

Warning: Spoilers
Lucy had great period costuming. Lean over, Miz Scarlett, and let me tie the strings on that corset just so much tighter. Your waist has to look good when you travel through the town while trying to catch a time-traveling criminal. We just gotta add some running shoes under your heavy gown while you try to track down the evil one.

I thought Flynn was going to actually be John Wilkes Booth. Flynn slapped Booth around, then shot Lincoln??? Booth either flopped to the ground, that puny little coward, or else was offed by Flynn. After the shooting, Flynn even dropped to the stage, saying Death to Tyrants. At least, that's what it looked like to me. It's been a week since I saw this episode.

Rufus was great, and looked smashing in his uniform. Too bad the jealous thugs had to rough him up.

So Booth didn't do the shooting, eh? In real life, Booth dropped to the stage and broke his leg and got it set by a doctor. Booth was shot by the law after going on the run.

My degree in American History gives me these insights. Alas! They (the show) have turned Booth into a sniveling coward!!!

Wasn't Robert Todd Lincoln the one who later supposedly put his mother Mary into a mental institution, in real life? That's what I thought when I first saw him. Besides, he looked to be pretty smarmy with Lucy.

Good acting all around. Colorful and convincing.

Come on, don't waste this.

Warning: Spoilers
A disappointing follow-up, with more of the same.

Pretty lazy writing, prolonging advancement and doing the same thing over and over. Flynn won't harm Lucy, but keeps withholding information from her and Rufus's plot line's going to be about race every single episode and running into random black people is it. There's still hope though.
