Frozen spin off story told using LEGO humor. Short and sweet.

Not a fan

Frozen is my son's favorite franchise right now, and I can't say I'm upset about having to watch both movies 4 times a day. It's one of Disney's better 2 movies. So when I came across this show I was excited to have something new to watch. I had to turn it off halfway through the first episode.

The action and animation was enough to keep my son entertained for a few minutes, but it didn't feel like Frozen at all. The characters appearances are good, but their voices and mannerisms are just weird. The only reason I even came on here was to see if the voice actors were the same because I really couldn't tell.

Overall, I gave it 4 stars because it might be a good background show to put on when your kids aren't really watching it, or it might be fun for the really little ones. But if you have any die hard Frozen fans in the house, I'd leave this one out of your rotation.

Not good

I typically enjoy Lego shows. I find them to be fun and filled with lots of gorgeous colors. Well, one of those things was true. The colors and animation in this is beautiful. The characters were well done and looked pretty accurate. Although, Sven's face could have been cuter. However, the show itself isn't fun. The jokes are kind of annoying. This honestly didn't feel like Frozen at all. Overall, I'm disappointed.

Some of what you like about Lego, Nothing you like about Frozen

Warning: Spoilers
This show made my daughters cry, like really hard. They absolutely love Frozen and all the songs like every other kid their age and are huge lego fans. My older daughter watches lego friends all of the time and also is a fan of lego chimas.

This has none of the charm and good vibes that either the other lego shows or Frozen has. It made the frozen characters even more non-relatable and 1 dimensional than they already were. It isn't all terrible which is why I gave it 4 stars because the graphics are very good with various lego stunts and the main plot is interesting (albeit littered with awful jokes that don't really fit the characters).

EVERYTHING BELOW CONTAINS SPOILERS

The Reason this made my Daughters cry in tears every time they watched it is because some big suit thought it'd be HILARIOUS to have Elsa act like she is going to sing with the music going and then have her stop and say she isn't up to it and stop. Each time my daughters were up trying to dance and got really upset when it didn't happen. The very last part of the show its even worse cause they just cut to credits. My kids were mad and asked me to turn it back on so they could see the rest... If only they knew

Frozen Fans will love this cute Lego version!

Warning: Spoilers
I never expected that Frozen was going to turn Lego and I was so happy to hear that the original voice actors were involved with Frozen again! The characters really look different in Lego form, especially Elsa and Anna having the exact same type of lips as each other. Since I've been watching the first episode of this and haven't seen the original movie in ages, I probably will think of them as Lego, just like the other TV & movie characters in Lego Dimensions.

I really do feel like a child but seriously, this is the best little Disney series that ever came across in December 2016. I do wonder if they will continue this series during the winter and stop for a hiatus in January? or will they just show a few more episodes and that's it? Well we better find out, I feel like a kid but honestly this is such a good idea to have a well loved Disney movie in Lego!!

My 4 & 7 year old daughters loved it! It's witty, funny, and entertaining! Anyone who gives this a low rating needs to get over themselves. It's a freaking LEGO cartoon.
