- TriviaOver 75 US Military veterans have been hired for background characters and stunt work.
- GoofsMost of the mission countries where Seal Team operates in bear no resemblance to their real world counterparts. With the exception of Belgrade, Serbia, Afghanistan and Mexico. For instance, Kinshasha, the capital of DR Congo is portrayed as being near the Savanna when in reality Kinshasha is a leafy coastal city on the Congo River. Congo is nowhere near any savanna. The Congolese geography is mostly forest and rolling plains. The team would've had to travel to rural Kenya or Tanzania before operating in any savanna like geography.

Good show
I can't speak to the accuracy of the action, but it feels realistic. They occasionally clear a room with a sniper rifle, and suppressed weapons seem too silent(?), but nothing there's nothing that takes you out of the action.
The plots are simple, but quickly become complex once the shooting stars. Again, feels realistic, fitting with 'the no plan survives contact with the enemy' quote variously attributed to Napoleon among others.
Their home lives are mercifully restricted to less than half the episode. It's the usual stereotypical partners acting like they didn't know what they were getting into, drama of teenager acting like teenagers, and even a heartwarming marital relationship (Ray's) that is worth a watch.
The dog is great.
Eight stars for the action, acting, plots, and likable cast.
