Two seconds into the story you have it all figured out. The classic urban legend of a ghost hitchhiker. Normally it involves a woman in white and a bridge. I remember first seeing this decades ago on "One Step Beyond" the only show back then that relied on more urban legends for ratings than a Paul Harvey commentary. This story has been duplicated into numerous films. However this tale has a twist.
I like the black and white art work which reminds me of the show "One Step Beyond."
