In a bridal salon, a wedding dress can go from a dream to a reality and it's the staff that makes it happen. Kleinfeld has a new position this year: Fashion Director, filled by former bridal designer Randy Fenoli. An impeccable dresser and an expert at finishing off a bride's "look" with the perfect veil or accessory, Randy brings both years of experience and his strong opinion to Kleinfeld. One would think that having a Fashion Director on the floor would make things easier for the staff, but it's shaping up to be a difficult appointment for bridal consultant Sarah. Friends Dana and Michelle are getting married one month apart and scheduled their bridal appointment together. With their different shapes and personalities, Sarah struggles to please both Michelle and Dana at once. Then, new Fashion Director Randy joins the consultation, which makes the appointment run even later, and emotions even higher. Even with practice, finding the right wedding dress doesn't get any easier. Bride Lyerly Spongberg is choosing a dress for her second wedding and brought her two young daughters and two soon-to-be teen stepdaughters. To make it a family experience, Lyerly tries to please all her daughters, sending consultant Keasha to pull wildly different styles of dresses. It takes time to find a dress, have it altered, and pressed for the wedding. Bride Lynn Huang had a dress custom made for her in Beijing, but unbeknownst to her, it was dry cleaned by the designer and drastically shrunk. Now Lynn has one week before the wedding to find a new dress and have it fitted. Her fiancé© Chris is by her side in this bridal emergency.
