  Ray Palmer : [entering]  I did.

  Nate Heywood : Thank you, Ray.

  Ray Palmer : Pancakes for breakfast.

  Ray Palmer : Yeah. Does that mean no pancakes?

  Sara Lance : [cutting him off]  All right, Nate, just tell us.

  Nate Heywood : Someone stole the jumpship.

  Nate Heywood : Where's Amaya?

  Zari Tomaz : Uh, according to the jumpship logs, Zambesi, 1992. Right before the warlords destroyed her village.

• Wally West : Whoa, the temporal zone is getting real choppy.

  Ray Palmer : Yeah, the timeline was crumbling even before Amaya decided to change history. If that happens, the Darhks will be able to free their demon.

  Mick Rory : Oh, well, I'd better get back to my movie.

  Sara Lance : And we'd better stop Amaya before she does something reckless.

• Mick Rory : [firing his heat gun at Grodd]  Should have wasted your hairy ass in 'Nam.

  Ray Palmer : Run, Barry, run!

  Gorilla Grodd : [Obama escapes]  A hairless ape who fights with fire. How primitive.

• Gorilla Grodd : Grodd will destroy you! You're dead!

  Sara Lance : Nice work. Let's get him back to the ship.

  Ray Palmer : Yeah. Come on, teeny-tiny Grodd. I think we still have some chew toys left over from the saber-toothed tiger.

• Sara Lance : Ray, how we doing with Constantine's spell?

  Ray Palmer : Just need one more splash of bat spleen. Sorry, bat. And that should do it.

  Ray Palmer : Maybe I missed an ingredient.

  Damien Darhk : Your ankh symbol, it's... it's upside down.

  Ray Palmer : Uh...

  Mick Rory : No, it's not.

  Damien Darhk : Yes, it is.

• Damien Darhk : I knew it'd be difficult to get you guys to trust me. Hmm.

  Rip Hunter : Try impossible.

  Damien Darhk : [holding up a blue gem]  Which is why I brought this gesture of good faith.

  Ray Palmer : The Water totem.

  Damien Darhk : I borrowed it from my daughter after she ripped it from Kuasa's chest. Sorry about that, by the way.

• Damien Darhk : Do you guys mind if I give you a hand with this? You seem to be struggling a bit.

  [Mick shrugs] 

  Damien Darhk : Yeah? Okay, great.

  [Darhk uses his powers, and a force field activates] 

  Ray Palmer : Cool. Uh, now, uh, try to choke me.

  Damien Darhk : Really?

  Ray Palmer : Yeah.

  [Darhk tries, but nothing happens] 

  Ray Palmer : [laughs]  You... you can't.

  Damien Darhk : Satisfied?

  Ray Palmer : Yeah.

• Damien Darhk : That Water totem's gotta be worth something. With all six, you guys might actually have a chance against Mallus.

  Ava Sharpe : You mean the same demon you've been creating anachronisms to release?

  Damien Darhk : That was before I realized what our partnership would cost me.

  Ray Palmer : Nora.

  Damien Darhk : Dies the moment the demon escapes. I know this might rankle you a bit, Sara, but our interests are aligned. We can save Nora and stop Mallus from being freed, together.

  Sara Lance : No.

  Damien Darhk : Excuse me?

  Sara Lance : Rory, kill him.

• Ray Palmer : I know Damien has done terrible things in his past which cannot be forgiven, but I... I know that he loves his daughter. We can't just kil him.

  Sara Lance : He was already dead. Killing him would be repairing an anachronism.

  Rip Hunter : Yeah, so would incarcerating him in the Bureau.

  Ava Sharpe : I agree with Rip. We need to think through this situation rationally.

  Mick Rory : Boss?

  Sara Lance : [after a moment of consideration]  Stand down.

  Damien Darhk : [Mick lowers his heat gun]  I'm glad to see you came to your senses.

  Sara Lance : [leaving]  Think this makes us straight, you're wrong.

• Damien Darhk : So, do any of these flashing screens actually do anything?

  Sara Lance : Focus, Damien. How do we capture your demon daughter?

  Rip Hunter : Uh, if we coordinate a strike between the Legends and the Time Bureau, we might be able to take her down.

  Damien Darhk : How did that work for you in Victorian London? Besides, my little angel's only gotten more powerful since.

  Rip Hunter : What if we just ask Nora nicely? I did have a bit of a connection with her in Berlin.

  [seeing Damien's look] 

  Ray Palmer : Not that kind.

• Sara Lance : All right, maybe she'll listen to her dear old dad.

  Damien Darhk : Not anymore. Nora only listens to Mallus now. He's always in her ear.

  Ray Palmer : [getting an idea]  That's it. What if I got inside Nora?

  [seeing Damien's expression] 

  Ray Palmer : Not like that. What if I shrunk down, flew into her ear, and pretended to be Mallus?

  Damien Darhk : Okay, new guy on the team here. Is that a joke plan or a real plan?

  Ava Sharpe : We are so screwed.

• Rip Hunter : [Mick is watching "Lord of the Rings"]  Whoa, the vocal similarity to Mallus is uncanny.

  Mick Rory : Quiet!

  Sara Lance : Gideon? Who is that actor?

  Ray Palmer : And how can we get him without dealing with his agent?

• Ray Palmer : Mr. Noble?

  John Noble : What?

  Ray Palmer : Uh, we have some, uh, last-minute rewrites.

  John Noble : Tell Peter Jackson no more chickens, huh? I ate four this morning.

• John Noble : So, what's up, mate?

  Ray Palmer : Nora. Nora, she's a new character that, um, well... they wanted to beef up the female presence in the film.

  John Noble : You can't do that, mate. It's Tolkien, "Lord of the Rings."

• John Noble : This is crap, isn't it? Aye?

  Ray Palmer : [a little hurt and insulted]  Oh, well...

  John Noble : I mean, who wrote this?

  Ray Palmer : I mean, somebody...
