The opening credits sequence tagline, "Salvator Mundi," is Latin for Savior of the World. It is also the title of a well-known painting of Christ by Leonardo Da Vinci, which sold at auction in November 2017 for over $450 million, setting a new record price for an artwork.
In January, Chris Carter said he doesn't want to do the show without Gillian Anderson. Later in February, however, he changed his mind and said there are more stories to tell. The show's future is still uncertain because it hasn't been renewed for another season yet.
According to Chris Carter as the previous "My struggles" are Mulder's, Scully's and CSM's respective struggles, this one is William's.
On an advertising billboard, there is a picture of a man's face with the tagline "Have you seen this man." It was more clearly seen in Rm9sbG93ZXJz (2018) when Mulder and Scully were trapped in the office. This picture and the story behind it falls into the category of "Creepypasta," horror-related legends or images that have been copy-and-pasted around the Internet. According to the website www.thisman.org, since 2006, at least 2000 unrelated people in many cities around the world have dreamed about this man. However, according to internet research and information, the truth behind "This Man" is that the original photo and website were created by a marketing company that specializes in subversive hoaxes. But that explanation, in true X-Files fashion, could also be a hoax.
