It is not a thriller
papp130816 November 2020
Warning: Spoilers
First, you need to know: this is not a thriller. The film tells the story of Pilar Castaño, a prostitute who owes a debt to some pimp. This man has a big bussiness and has caught a little girl to traffic. After Pilar's daughter dies she wants to help the girl escape the pimp's house. There is a man who seems to be in love with Pilar and who is in the background for most of the movie. To be honest, it's a bad movie. It develops a story but the characters are weak, and there is not enough tension around the debt and the kidnapped girl, so it doesn't really involve you as a spectator. Didn't like it.

F an Ecuadorian production is going to be made, let's make sure we consume ours, that is, that the protagonist is Colombian as such takes away a lot of identity as such, they should have hired an Ecuadorian actress, obviously the idea is not original

The movie in its good scenes, but it's something that has been seen before, so I don't see anything new

The truth is I do not notice a single trait of originality in this movie, I only see the same thing as in a Colombian novel

I don't see anything new to a Colombian novel and it seems to me repeated
