  Stephan (Client) : Prime".

  Daniel (Director) : [Confused]  Right...

  Michael (Client) : And the "learning" is really important here, I think when we say it, we should really emphasize the "learning".

  Sarah (Client) : Maybe we could, um, like, keep the pace but slow down some of the words?

  Michael (Client) : Exactly.

  Daniel (Director) : ...okay, great. So, uh, a bit of emphasis and watch out for "Prime", uh, keep the energy but a bit slower.

  [the clients say nothing in response]

  Sarah (Client) : That... sounded the same.

• Daniel (Director) : [Vince is repeating the phrase "as standard" with numerous different - sometimes frustrated - inflections]  Um, definitely a lot of energy in there...

  Sarah (Client) : It just doesn't feel like genuine surprise to me.

  Michael (Client) : It needs to be shocked, right?

  Stephan (Client) : Try to understand: no one else has this feature.

• Sarah (Client) : Okay... how about this?

  [Gets up from her seat and approaches the recording booth] 

  Sarah (Client) : Um... Vince? Try this, alright? Um... imagine you're walking down a street - it's just an ordinary day, everything's fine - and then suddenly... you see a lion. Yeah? It jumps out at you. "As standard!" Yeah?

  Sarah (Client) : Imagine... it's a lion.
