A work that will make you "accept madness optimistically"
I have started watching this with my own skeptical views on Jordanian media, I would say this mini tv series is the exception I was looking for.
The series taking place in a true Ammani district was an absolute delight to follow, I KNOW THESE PLACES I YELLED TO MYSELF WHILE WATCHING.
The writing was balancing telling than showing and sub-text reactions, and embedded genuine interactions. Performances were topnotch and smooth, the subtle reactions and facial expressions were loud and filled their scenes. The humour was light-hearted and extracted from localised context, I love how it was all packaged.
The cinematography was artistic, transitions made it thrilling to follow, this work was crafted brilliantly down to the smallest detail.
The story is presented in a fresh lense, as we proceed and count the matches with the MC.
