It was a sitcom cliche, although I think that might be what they were going for with this one, but David Wain as a partner of Carrie's character, only to start bonding more with Fred's, proved to be fun TV.
Not the best use of Mr. Mayor here and I hope we see him again in this final season, but the main story tonight was good.
