  Ray Palmer : I think this is part of Sara's plan.

  Beebo : [a giant Beebo jumps and lands in the center of Town]  Hmm. I l-l-love you!

  Wally West : But can we just take a second to acknowledge this?

  Zari Tomaz : You know, as much as I enjoy this getup - and I actually really do - Mallus is still out there.

  Sara Lance : And we'll deal with him, but first, we need to get our heads on straight.

  Zari Tomaz : How long is that gonna take?

  Sara Lance : Depends.

  Zari Tomaz : On what?

  Mick Rory : How strong the whiskey is.

• Amaya Jiwe : Now, the reason the totems haven't been working for us is not because we're unworthy. It's because we've been using them wrong.

  Nate Heywood : [still high]  The totems were not designed to be used individually. Individually. Individually.

  Sara Lance : Shut up.

  Amaya Jiwe : Their elemental powers combine to create a perfect being of light to fight Mallus with.

  Mick Rory : Why does Pretty have such girly hands?

  Nate Heywood : Damn, this Lyoga root is strong. Concentrate, Nate. Think about Voltron, Defender of the Universe.

  Wally West : I kind of pictured myself wielding something cool, like... a lightning totem.

  Zari Tomaz : Am I crazy, or is Jonah Hex hot?

  Sara Lance : Eh, you could do worse than Hex.

  Zari Tomaz : Wait, you can hear me?

  Amaya Jiwe : We can all hear each other.

  Mick Rory : Even what I said about Pretty's girly hands?

• Sara Lance : All right. We're facing an army of Romans, Vikings, and pirates. But you know what today is? Today's the day that we prove that Rip did not sacrifice his life in vain. And today is the day that we prove that we are not losers. And today is the day that we earn the name Legends.

  [she downs her shot of whiskey] 

  Sara Lance : Now, how do we sneak out the back?

• Zari Tomaz : Well, hopefully this goes better than last time.

  Amaya Jiwe : All right, we have to believe in the totems, that they've chosen each of us.

  Sara Lance : Well, if this really is the end of the world, then I choose to surround myself with you guys.

• Sara Lance : Are you glad I picked you up in Zambesi six months ago?

  Amaya Jiwe : I think the words you used were "just one more mission."

  Zari Tomaz : It's better than the line they used on me. "Come with us if you want to live." I almost die every week on the ship.

  Amaya Jiwe : But you found a home.

  Zari Tomaz : I did.

  Amaya Jiwe : And as much fun as this has been, it's time for me to go home.

  Zari Tomaz : Come on, you can't leave me and Sara and...

  [they glance over at Nate] 

  Amaya Jiwe : You guys are my family. Always will be. But I have another family waiting for me in the years to come. And they need me more.

  Sara Lance : Well, you will always have a home on the Waverider.

• Zari Tomaz : Good call, Mick.

  Mick Rory : When I said Aruba, I meant me, not all of you.

  Nate Heywood : Still, nothing helps a broken heart like a good tan. Should have invited Ava.

  Sara Lance : Oh, we've got plans. And until then, she's busy fixing all those pesky anachronisms we left behind.

  Ray Palmer : Well, that's the thing about defeating an ancient time demon: everything else seems boring.

• Sara Lance : Rip, we're gonna need an evac. We're in over our heads here.

  Rip Hunter : If my read of the situation is correct, what you need is a miracle. I'm gonna buy you some time.

• Gideon : Rip disengaged the time drive, making it unstable. When it reaches critical mass, it will consume Mallus.

  Sara Lance : And Rip.

  Rip Hunter : I'm a little busy at the moment, Sara.

  Sara Lance : Look, you didn't tell us that you were buying us some time with your life.

  Rip Hunter : No, there isn't. It's all right, Sara. I should very much like to see my wife and son again. I will miss you, Captain Lance. You and the rest of the Legends. My one hope is that you all live up to that name.

• Nate Heywood : What's the plan, Captain?

  Sara Lance : All I know is that Rip gave his life so that we could take the totems somewhere that Mallus can't find them.

  [getting an idea] 

  Sara Lance : So that's what we're gonna do.

  Zari Tomaz : And where is that?

  Sara Lance : The Old West.

  Ray Palmer : Salvation, North Dakota. It's basically a temporal blind spot.

  Amaya Jiwe : Wait a sec, we just unleashed an ancient time demon who's about to lay waste to all of history, and our plan is to hide?

  Sara Lance : Yes, it is. Gideon, plot a course.

• Damien Darhk : Well, I hope you're here to make good on your promise and kill me, which would work out for both of us. It'd be a real win/win.

  Sara Lance : Mercy killing's not my style. Even if it was, you don't deserve my mercy. You deserve to live out the rest of your days knowing that you destroyed your own daughter.

• Sara Lance : What are you doing here?

  Ray Palmer : Uh, it's my lab.

  Sara Lance : Don't do anything stupid.

  Gideon : Captain, we've arrived in the Wild West.

  Sara Lance : So, we know that the six totems are the only thing that can stop Mallus.

  Wally West : They weren't much use to us last time.

  Sara Lance : You and Amaya were born to wield the totems, and the rest of us are just...

  Mick Rory : Losers. That's why Rip picked us; Snart, the professor, those stupid hawk flying-chicken people. We're all expendable.

  Sara Lance : Not that any of these unwashed hayseeds look like righteous totem bearers.

  Jonah Hex : Who you calling a hayseed?

  Sara Lance : Jonah Hex.

  Zari Tomaz : You know this guy?

  Jonah Hex : Me and these ruffians go way back.

• Sara Lance : Wally, Zari, this is Jonah Hex.

  Zari Tomaz : [seeing his Confederacy hat]  Nice hat.

  Jonah Hex : Thank you, ma'am.

  Zari Tomaz : [quietly to herself]  Obviously joking.

  Sara Lance : So, who died and made you sheriff?

  Jonah Hex : That'd be the old sheriff.

• Sara Lance : We are not here to cause trouble. We are here to avoid it.

  [they hear a noise outside; leaving the tavern, they see Blackbeard, Julius Caesar, and Freydis Eriksdottir ride in on horseback] 

  Jonah Hex : This the trouble you aiming to avoid?

  Sara Lance : Not exactly.

• Zari Tomaz : I thought Mallus wasn't supposed to be able to find us here.

  Julius Caesar : Fools. Mallus sees all, knows all.

  Mick Rory : Then why did he bring back you germs to do his business?

  Sara Lance : Because he's probably still recovering from that beatdown Rip gave him.

  Blackbeard : Oh, now, do not confuse Mallus' clemency with weakness, my hearties.

• Amaya Jiwe : Nathaniel and I shared a cup of Lyoga root tea to access the memories of the original totem bearers.

  Sara Lance : Ay.

  Zari Tomaz : [snickering at Nate]  Oh, you are still high!

• Sara Lance : Weren't all of the original totem bearers actually from Zambesi?

  Amaya Jiwe : But you all wield them now. I mean, do you think that was an accident?

  Sara Lance : Yes, I do.

  Amaya Jiwe : Mick, the chances of you running into your father in Vietnam are next to zero, and yet you did, and you came out a better man for it. Zari, do you remember the way your totem called to mine the moment you put it on? It wanted you to stay with us.

  Wally West : So maybe it wasn't a coincidence that I joined the team.

  Mick Rory : No. That was just another one of the Englishman's crazy ideas.

  Amaya Jiwe : Sara.

  Sara Lance : Mm-hmm.

  Amaya Jiwe : Please. We have to try.

• Amaya Jiwe : I'm gonna use my spirit to provide it with a soul. But without the final totem, our champion will be incomplete.

  Sara Lance : [Amaya holds out the Death totem]  No, it's not happening.

  Amaya Jiwe : Without the Death totem, the other five totems can only imprison Mallus. We need Death to kill him once and for all.

  Mick Rory : Don't worry. If you turn into a witch bitch, I'll kill you.

  Sara Lance : [sarcastic]  Thank you.

  Mick Rory : You're welcome.

• Nate Heywood : It's working!

  Mick Rory : Are we making a baby?

  Amaya Jiwe : Guys, we have to focus.

  Zari Tomaz : You telling us to focus is making it harder to focus.

  Sara Lance : All right, look, this is why we're not worthy of the totems.

  Mick Rory : Seriously, are we making a baby?

  Amaya Jiwe : Everyone, just shut up!

• Amaya Jiwe : [after failing to create a light being]  Right, we need to try again.

  Sara Lance : No, what we need to do is find some people that are worthy of using these totems.

  [a portal opens, and Ava enters with Kuasa, Helen of Troy, and Jax] 

  Ava Sharpe : If that's not an entrance line, I don't know what is. I got your message. We all did.

  Jefferson Jackson : You guys just can't seem to keep yourselves out of trouble, can you?

• Sara Lance : Well, it's really good seeing you again, Jax. I just wish it was under better circumstances.

  Jefferson Jackson : Hey, listen, I'm just glad that we got Zari's beacon in time. I mean, going up against three armies, y'all are gonna need all the help you can get.

  [looking around] 

  Jefferson Jackson : Hey, what happened to Ray?

  Sara Lance : You do not want to know.

• Ava Sharpe : We're here to help you, not replace you.

  Sara Lance : Look, we've already tried twice, and we failed miserably.

  Ava Sharpe : You still don't see it, do you, Sara? You guys made Kuasa and Helen's life better. And that is just the tip of the iceberg. We are all here to support the Legends. And what, you're gonna stand there and tell me that you aren't the exact people to wield the totems against Mallus now?

  Sara Lance : Good speech.

• Ava Sharpe : Did you mean what you said the last time we saw each other?

  Sara Lance : When I told you to run?

  Ava Sharpe : No, before that.

  Sara Lance : Oh! Oh, you mean when I told you I loved you.

  Ava Sharpe : Yeah.

  Sara Lance : What do you think?

• Ray Palmer : Howdy, partners! What did I miss?

  Sara Lance : Where's Darhk?

  Ray Palmer : Um...

  [Nora enters, her arms raised in surrender] 

  Nate Heywood : [everyone draws their weapons]  Whoa, whoa, whoa! Wrong Darhk, wrong Darhk!

  Ray Palmer : No, no, no, look, look, look, she's, uh... she's been de-Mallused. She's no longer a demon.

  Wally West : So... so we don't have to fight Mallus anymore?

  Ray Palmer : Uh... not exactly.

  Sara Lance : And what about Damien Darhk?

  Ray Palmer : Long story short, um, he sacrificed himself for Nora, and now he's Mallus' vessel.

• Julius Caesar : There is honor in surrender, Captain Lance.

  Freydis Eriksdottir : Our new gods may grant you mercy.

  Blackbeard : Yes, be a good girl and hand us over your magic baubles.

  Sara Lance : I changed my mind. New terms. Get out of town or get hurt.

• Sara Lance : Whoa. You feel that?

  Amaya Jiwe : It's working.

  Sara Lance : All right, now, imagine a powerful light of pure goodness.

  Wally West : Something's forming.

  Zari Tomaz : Can I peek? I'm gonna peek.

  [opening her eyes] 

  Zari Tomaz : Oh, god.

  Amaya Jiwe : Oh, god? What "oh, god"?

• Jefferson Jackson : Well, I guess we'd better get to mind-wiping Mallus' three amigos. Guys, you think this was crazy? Try having a kid.

  Zari Tomaz : Oh, no thank you.

  Sara Lance : I bet you're damn good at it.

  Ava Sharpe : I'll be seeing you, Ms. Lance.

  Sara Lance : Oh, you can count on it, Ms. Sharpe.
