Deep dive into outdooor swimming in Hampstead Ponds

This film is delightful as it follows a community of swimmers at Hampstead Ponds throughout the year.

It has a look and feel of a home movie, but so entertaining! Gave me the inspiration needed to get back into outdoor swimming again.

A beautiful combination of stories that look not only at outdoor swimming and it's benefits to our physical and mental well being, but tenderly examines the lives of people who for whatever their reasons, decide to swim outside all year round. This film is a salutary reminder of the need to be mindful of what's important to us, and how being present for a short time each day or each week or everyone and again, can help keep us on track in a chaotic world. Its inspiring to hear the more dramatic people's stories of adversity , alongside the everyday routines of those who swim ( and have swum for decades) outside just because it feels so good. A brilliant piece of cinematography.

What a wonderful film about swimming in the Ponds in Hampstead Heath. The stories of the people are engaging and it makes you want to find a pond and jump init. Absolutely charming, beautiful photography and enchanting people
