Music video for a ballad called 'Haven't We Been Here Before' by the rock band Styx from their 1983 concept album 'Kilroy Was Here'. This is the only video for a song from the album that has nothing to do with the album's dystopian narrative. Tommy Shaw sings about a man tired of being manipulated but still willing to give a second chance to his girlfriend. However, the video is about a failed police raid at an Italian American restaurant which serves as a front for illegal betting, and the righteous but tragic tough elderly cop who led it. These more serious scenes are intercut with the more surreal and lighthearted scenes of Tommy riding the pendulum of a giant clock, a doll in a chair and an acrobat toy doing handstands.
