- TriviaFifth mention to Aunt Patty, here as the product of an unpleasant side effect of the Zazitrol medicine. Aunt Patty is a character, supposedly one of Thomas' relatives, who is recurrently mentioned in some episodes from different Thomas Sanders' series, always as an ominous figure. She did two onscreen appearances, first briefly in When Relatives Visit... (2014), and later in The Thanksgiving Obstacle Course (2016) when she asked to talk about politics in Thanksgiving, prompting Thomas to yell "begone, aunt Patty!", and was mentioned by Roman in The Sanders Sides 12 Days of Christmas (2017), when he wished Thomas to have "visions of sugarplums dance around your head and hopefully not visions of your naked aunt Patty", a thought to which both Roman and Thomas cringed in disgust.
- Quotes
[Thomas is in the middle of the countryside, looking at the camera with a sad face. Color on the image is undersaturated, still in color but almost in black and white]
Thomas: [sad voice] I used to have allergies. But now...
[suddenly switches to a happy face and voice and the color on the image becomes heavily oversaturated]
Thomas: [moving a few steps back and opening his arms wide] I've increased the saturation of the image by 500% and I'm in the middle of nowhere!
[medium shot]
Thomas: And... medicine's involved, somewhere.
[while Thomas walks slowly with a little bucolic smile, an announcer voice is heard]
Off-Voice: Side effects of Zazitrol include diarrhea, cramps, headaches, mild amnesia, severe nausea...
Thomas: [with the same bucolic smile] Where's my car...?
[on the next shot, Thomas is running after a dog with a wide smile on his face]
Off-Voice: ...the desire of weep over the memories of the past, unsettling dreams about your aunt Patty...
Thomas: [stopping and smiling] Whose dog is that?
Thomas: [still smiling but a little confused] Why... why is she just alone?
Off-Voice: [while Thomas twirls with a bucolic smile of happiness] ... vomiting, dizziness, even more diarrhea, increased allergies... and death.
Thomas: [leaning on a wooden fence, smiling to the camera] Ask your doctor if Zazitrol's right for you. But before you do...
[camera pans to the right, the fence abruptly ends on the right edge]
Thomas: [confused] ... can you tell me what this fence is blocking? Like it just ends there... What is this?
