In Full Flight

Warning: Spoilers
Homeland appears to be getting good again as this episode had me thoroughly entertained. Even though we saw the betrayal coming, it was well-done with how long they had him wait.

Definitely curious to see how it all wraps up in the end.

Why didn't she just email the flight recorder?

Great episode but why couldn't she have simply emailed the data to Saul

she could have sent saul the recording

Warning: Spoilers
It's not a big file. Or she can even use the phone to let saul hear it and record it on his phone. But again, then there will be no more episodes. This is like the cliche 007 movie, when the bad guy can simply kill Bond, but no, they tie him on a lousy thing and gave him a month to escape.

Really good episode. The tension in the closing part of the episode was brilliant and they had me fooled for a minute. I thought what everyone had mistaken for unclear allegiances turned out to be somewhat of a love story, and I suppose for Carrie it was. Not Yevgeny though. While he does also care, he's seemingly made his position clear by putting his country first. Saul's scenes in DC really put into perspective this brilliant man's powerlessness over an extremely incompetent president. The scenes that displayed Jilal's power were also fantastic, and all this made for an episode where the stakes are sky high. Carrie lying to Jemma was just stone cold, and it's criminal the amount of times I've been fooled throughout the duration of this series. This episode had almost all of Homeland's best elements, and it's promising a really satisfying conclusion.

the war already started, black box doesn't matter anymore

Warning: Spoilers
Doesn't matter what's in the black box, you can no longer stop the war after car bombing the American special force, so Carrie doesn't need to betray Saul or the US. no turning back. I wish no foolish plots in the next episode.

It's such a cliche this episode :( why does it have to be a woman always screwing stuff because of the emotions?
