Jennifer is residing at Anissa's apartment, relying on big sister's support and still mourning the death of Khalil with thoughts of revenge on her mind. Anissa warns her Tobias is dangerous and whatever she has in mind she can't do it alone. Anissa seeks Gambi's help with Grace's disappearance. After background checks guess what Grace is not who she presented herself to be. Lynn tends to the pod, Tobias plots to both steal & utilize the pods for his own nefarious purposes, and Jefferson revisits the idea of becoming the school principal again. The Pierce family are distracted, losing ground and not up to par to deal with the coming dangerous onslaught of Tobias. Clearly this episode is leading up to the all out meta war but the scattered behaviors of the Pierce family is annoying. How many times is it going to be said "Tobias is dangerous." Well act like it. Gambi's makes all kinds of technical gadgets so for the love of Freeland why can't he craft some kind of weapon for Lynn to keep on her persons. And why not utilize Perenna, a meta therapist, skills to assist Lynn, who has no powers, in the lab with the the awakening of the pods. At this point they need all the help they can get.
