The show is just a bit too uneven right now. it is only the second episode so there is time to figure things out, but it needs an identity.
Sometimes it goes for absurdist comedy, like kids aware of The Shawshank Redemption and able to tear through walls, and then it goes for emotional moments like on the golf course.
Some laughs, some SMH moments, but maybe a show worth sticking with.
