Fun stuff in Canadian kitchen

I like the original shows and this is true to the original formulas. Fun to see a Canadian spin on things.

Too many hosts but good production

Between Gail, Chris and Jai West it feels like there's one too many people leading the show. I do enjoy the back and forth between Gail and Chris, however Jai West's theatrical is too much for me and does not quite seem to fit the atmosphere of the show, and makes it feel like it is on the cheap side. Maybe it is related to the original show, I might be ignorant on the subject. However, past the few minutes in the beginning and the winner reveal with Jai West, I do enjoy the format of the competition and the description of the food as the cooks are working on their meals is quite good. Overall enjoyable show

As a Canadian i love Canadian shows. This tends to be a bit corny for me (oh god was that a good pun).. the action and the good is great. I like the lady host and the for reporter. It's strange how they pronounce things tho, considering they are Canadian and I've never heard anyone say "meats" or "fruits". That bothers me . All in all great fun and entertaining 😁

Finally they are giving some notice to Canadian chefs. There are some of the best chefs coming out of Canada and and we have cooking skills beyond fast food restaurants! That last naysayer soogirl needs to keep up with the times. These Canadian Iron Chefs have been around for decades.

The Iron Chef Canada cast does a great job documenting and interacting with the cooking teams' efforts and the contests and judging have all been enjoyable to date. Don't watch without food to keep you from going crazy seeing all the delicious fare the chefs create! :D

Not worth watching

Horrible show. No name chefs trying to imitate amazing US chefs, along with terrible acting makes this show pathetic.

Needs more spunk

I enjoy the show, however, someone needs to help Gail. She is very stiff and serious. This is not Top Chef. Try to loosen up a bit and I think you'll do great.
