In China there is a lot of fairy tales with dynasty warriors. Pretty impressive to watch, this movie is interesting but in a matinee level.
A young bounty hunter named Tsing Yi is escaping through the desert after he insulted the destert princess nangong yan. He meets his old friend commander who is also escaping through the desert. They flees together and see a tavern. They decide to rest in the tavern. But the tavern is run by thieves who also escaping. Soon their past catch up with them and they are sorrounded with bounty hunters and guards round the tavern. No they have to work together to get out of the tavern.
It's interesting idea though, with knowing who to trust and who speak the truth, about friendship and betrayal eventhough it's matinee level but the idea of being surrounded eather friends or foes is great, for all dynasty Chinese movie buffs should watch this.
