Good season so far

I keep finding myself rooting for Joe because this show is THAT good. I have to catch myself and remind myself that he is a serial killer and a stalker. These actors are extremely talented and have good chemistry together.

You Season 2 Episode 5

Review : There were many things that could be shown in the episode, in many ways. Anger, violence, hatred and jealousy, all of which could have been shown more in this episode which is rarely shown. Another plot is highlighted in this episode, which may be highly inappropriate for this episode. If I were to say with my point of view, I would say that if this episode deserves to get me some stars, it is only for the ending. The rest of the things in this episode I discussed below.

Acting : Everyone has shown good enough acting in this episode. They have acted with enough mind and with balanced devotion.

Direction : The kind of episode I was expecting from the director, to be honest I didn't get that job from the director. That's why I'm a little disappointed.

Story and Dialogue : When it comes to the story of the episode, it must be said that the storytellers did not write a very good story for the episode. The episode begins with a plot or a story that may or may not be needed in this episode. The story that was the main story of this episode seems to be lost somewhere in the story of this episode. The field of dialogue I did not notice the use of a very good dialogue. Very general and normal dialogue has been used.

Soundtrack and Background score : This episode did not use any soundtrack. If there's one thing that's been good about this episode, it's that the background score is good enough.

Cinematography and Editing : Both the cinematography and the editing are good enough.

Other Departments : All the other departments, such as lighting, vfx, location, recording, set and makeup are all fine. As I said before, the story of an episode that doesn't look good, everything in that episode looks bad.

Overall Episode : Judging by all the aspects, I gave this episode seven stars out of ten.

Thanks so much for reading my review.

And so on...

Warning: Spoilers
Solid episode, the future looks doubtful though. Really liking this Love character, didn't make a strong impression to begin with, but now I'm quite fond of her. I'm shocked that the writers could go from Beck to this... lovely person, the show could really go somewhere if it were to kick some of the bad habits and bad characters, but it won't do that. Joe and Love great and his neighboring sisters are okay, everything else weak.

Police handling
juliepierceharris8 February 2020
It was very traumatic having been a victim watching the police lady take the report from Candace. SO poorly written. In this day and time, they should have been better about carrying this out to the small screen.

Warning: Spoilers
Joe meets Candace again as Amy Adam. She is now dating Forty.

The couples are to meet the parents and we see that the parents are quite abusive and negligent. The father always ignores Forty and the girls he tries to impress his father with. His father sees him as a bum who needs to get a job. The mother tells Love that all she had to do was care for her brother and slaps her.

Love plumps on to the bed, exhausted. She tells Joe this is why she is so protective of her brother and manages him. She caught Candace in a lie too. Joe kisses her and goes down on her.

Delilah is asked by two policemen for her sister. Later the policeman friend she has comes to her door and she says she looks bad right now. He replies he thinks she looks great. She has no makeup on and looks very different.

Delilah finds her sister in the theatre. Ellie says she was right and apologizes - Delilah says, "That's okay.". They try to burn the polaroids. Delilah then cuts the photos up and takes out her photo too and they flush the photos down the toilet.
