A bunch of disjointed scenes
18 April 2022
A pathetic attempt to leverage a well known actor and the brand of the first 2 movies.

Most of this makes no sense and can be fast forwarded. Fight scenes included to make up for the poor plot line.

To be avoided.

Life is too short to watch this

After episode 3 I have to walk away. It's almost like the screen writers sit down before each episode and try to work out what plot line to explore next. Is is the token black soldier who is the aggravatingly American; the pathetic epileptic kid who can't stand up for himself; the token south Asian family who are there to open up a new audience or the Hometown hero Sheriff who is trying to hold on to his career. I don't care. It's called Invasion. Where are the aliens!?!!!

More American unrealistic crap invading our screens
29 August 2018
The title says it all. This series looks like a conglomerate of American viewer survey responses. It must be cheap because no Australian free to air stations can afford to buy any quality content.

Best sleeping pill I've ever taken

This is so bad I'm not sure if it's supposed to be trying to be partly comedic. They travel across the universe in sophisticated technology and then use a CB radio to communicate? I have fallen asleep in nearly every episode because of the dreary dialogue and intense overacting.

The League of Very Ordinary Performances

Connery at his equal worst.. in a movie that could have been much, much more. This movie is like watching all the left over special affects from other movies being sewn together to try and meet a thin plot line. If the X-Men ever find out, these guys are in trouble!

Could have been condensed into a good quarter hour

Man meets bank, man robs bank, man meets woman, man and woman get together... this is the basic plot and it repeats over and over again. The ending is a good one if you can sit through the rest of the movie.

More than just a accompaniment for popcorn

I have heard so many people complain about the ending of this film. Now that I have seen it I am dismayed by what their comments reveal about the general lack of depth in society. Anyone who doesn't get it has either never been in a loving long term relationship or is just another person waiting for something on-screen to explode. Obviously, it is meant for a viewing audience over the age of consent. Definitely thought provoking and defintely worth watching.

Good idea, poorly done.
3 January 2002
Starts with a great idea for a story and turns it progessively into a ridiculous Hollywood "smash and crash" film. I am tired of seeing computer films where a single key press brings up an entire screen of information. The holes in the plot are too numerous to mention but they are nearly saved by some 'great' special effects, gun fire and car chases. The crescendo of lucridity is the 'flying bus' ending that asks us to believe that (even if the helicopter pilot had managed to grow enough brain to fly around the buildings) the police could not have followed in an aircraft of their own (!!??). If you are over 16.. I recommend you try something else.
